Insight to Action

Insight to Action is the culmination of the Leadership program. Youth take everything they've learned and design real initiatives that create community change.

Participants collaborate with peers to design and implement projects that address the challenges they've identified through Insight Labs and Grantmaking.

Insight to Action is where everything comes together. After analyzing data in Insight Labs and making grant decisions in Grantmaking, youth take their learning into action.
