YouthCharge – Immigrants/ Refugees
BOARD MEMBERS
I am Sanjita, I care about food crisis because many are left starved and weak while I eat. I wish people knew that I get distracted easily.
My name is Brendan Church, I’m 17 and entering my Junior year. I love the outdoors. The issue I care most about is probably the environment and climate change. I believe it’s the most encompassing issue as it affects every human on the earth.
My name’s Lili and I love learning about different perspectives all around me. I don’t like having only one way to do things when there are multiple ways to get the same task done.
Hi, my name is Sherry Jiang. The #1 issue that I care about is probably immigration and refugees because my parents immigrated over to the US. Something that I wish people knew about me is that I’m pretty outgoing once you get to know me.
I’m Tej Mathur and I care about Immigration because those who need a better life should get one. I am passionate about modern affairs.
My name is Anjana Radha and I am a freshman at Peak to Peak. I want to make a difference in the community, and enjoy reading, baking, and art.
Amrita is a high-school freshman who deeply cares about women’s hygiene and refugee crises. She enjoys dancing, cooking, and reading.
My name is Bhavya, and I’m a sophomore at RC, and avid musician and learner, and passionate about impacting my community and world! My #1 issue is immigration and refugees, as I am a product of immigration and interested in policy & human rights.
Hello! My name is Ava Ward. I am passionate about creating a school environment where undocumented immigrants feel safe and supported, because everyone deserves access to a nurturing school environment. In my free time, I love reading and writing.
