Erin joined the YouthRoots team as the Program Coordinator in October 2018.
After graduating from Cornell University in 2011 with her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, Erin moved to Chicago, IL, where she lived for 7 years. She worked for The Student PIRGs, a nonpartisan political organization, as the New Voters Project Coordinator and the National Campus Team Coordinator, and then moved on to the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), where she worked for 5 years in a variety of roles. During her time with AAAHC, Erin graduated with her Masters in Nonprofit Management from DePaul University.
In September 2018, Erin and her new husband, along with their two fur-babies, moved to Colorado to embark on a new adventure. Erin and her family enjoy partaking in all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer, as well as discovering Denver and surrounding areas. Erin was very excited to join the YouthRoots team a few months after moving, and she looks forward to helping YouthRoots continue to impact youth in Colorado and around the country.Erin Button
