YouthRoots is a leadership program that operates like a youth-led foundation for young people to support causes they care about. During the program, groups of students conduct a community needs assessment, fundraise for those issues, and then grant 100% of what they raise to chosen nonprofits meeting the needs. Through our program, students respond to emerging needs while building the skills to become change makers now and tomorrow.

Grant applications are open! If your nonprofit serves youth ages 0-18, you are eligible for funding. Read the Request for Proposals to see if you fit any of the current funding priorities and geographic restrictions, and then apply online. Grant applications are due January 11, 2021.

The next funding round will open in March 2021.
