Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will oversee the internal day-to-day activities of YouthRoots, ensuring that the organization is performing efficiently and the staff team has what they need to achieve success. This is a new role for the organization and an exciting opportunity to support a growing organization! Program Coordinator – Grantmaking & Admin

The Program Coordinator will be working within the Grantmaking Programs supporting facilitators and participants throughout the program year. They will also work on organization-wide administrative work including processing donations, managing our donor database, and assisting with communications and events as needed.
